A children's alphabet, told in verse, based on all things Army, e.g., A: represents the Army, B: represents the Bayonet, C: represents the tin Canteen, etc.; color title-page drawing and twenty-eight full page color drawings by Kennedy illustrate Baum's Army-centric rhymes; leaf [30] states, "This book was illumined and hand lettered by Charles J.
