(Advertising) Lot of Five 1950s Little LuLu and Kleenex-Related Marketing Items Including a Store Sign Promoting In-Store Premiums. [Chicago]: International Cellucotton Products Co.; Kimberly-Clark, circa 1950-1956. This lot includes an 11-1/8" x 14" glazed thick paper store sign, printed one side only in red, white and blue featuring a full body image of Little Lulu holding a large box of Kleenex tissues under her arm, and the text: "FREE! Little Lulu Cut-Out Doll - Take One" with an arrow pointing down to promote an in-store premium; light scattered handling wear but still in EXCELLENT condition. Lot also includes two thick paper, die-cut children's premium masks, one of Little Lulu and one of her friend "Tubby", the latter of which is sporting a white sailor's hat with "KLEENEX" prominently printed on it; both masks in NEAR MINT condition, complete and un-punched with the exception of Little Lulu's eye holes which are punched and have sadly been lost to time. The final two items are a pair of stand-up, die-cut, in-store premium paper dolls featuring Little Lulu and her trusty sidekick, a large box of Kleenex tissues; one of the pair is even designed to have a pleated Kleenex "skirt" added for Little Lulu to wear; both paper dolls are complete and in NEAR MINT condition.
