Hand-colored proof card of George Washington on a rearing horse atop a stone platform with the word "UNION" carved into the platform's side, all in front of a flag pole flying the American flag, printed on white glazed cardstock that is bright and clean with minimal, if any signs of wear; unused patriotic cover, 3-5/16" x 5-13/16", and two sheets of lined writing paper, 7-15/16" x 5-5/16", all with matching hand-colored design; mounting residue to the back sides of cover and writing paper and minor age-toning and a couple of small stains to face of cover. A unique and wonderful offering of a hand-colored proof card with the matching hand-colored cover and two sheets of matching writing paper by F. K.
