(Wild West) WONDERLAND SOUVENIR PROGRAM, REVERE BEACH, MASS., SEASON OF 1908, FEATURING PAWNEE BILL'S GREAT WILD WEST. [Boston, Mass.]: [The Waters Press], [1908]. 4to - 10-1/16" x 7". Staple bound color pictorial glazed paper wrappers with two short closed margin tears on the front cover, one measuring 1/4" and the other measuring 3/8"; back cover with a small triangle shaped loss measuring 1/4" x 3/4" to the lower fore edge corner; 1" split to the tail of spine, pinch creases along spine and other minor signs of handling for what is a lovely copy of the book. [40] pp. including wrappers. The Wonderland Amusement Park operated from 1906 to 1911 in Revere, Massachusetts. Wonderland featured various rides, shows and other attractions. The 1908 season featured Pawnee Bill's Great Wild West. This elaborate show's cast of characters, numbering more than seventy in all, including a large company of Indians made up of braves of Comanches, Pawnees, Sioux and Utes. If one had any energy or stamina left after watching the fifteen scene Wild West Show, then other Wonderland offerings included: Palmistry Booth, Manning's Darktown, Open Air Circus, Human Laundry, Scenic Railway, Band Concerts, Chiquita "The Doll Lady", Hell Gate, Roller Skating, etc.; some minor signs of handling. The condition of the book is VERY GOOD +. Only one copy of any Wonderland program located on OCLC/WorldCat and it was from the 1906 season. EXCEEDINGLY RARE # 000716
