This German language children's book of humorous verses is printed entirely on leaves of thin cut pieces of alder wood, and is filled with full color illustrations of cows, dogs, donkeys, ducks, horses and a rooster; illustrations remain fresh and vibrant; three pages with a few stray pencil scribbles. No copies located on OCLC/WorldCat even though there is a listing for this title. There is another title in the series, Spielkameraden [Playmates], located there with one institution holding a copy (Berlin State Library - Prussian Cultural Heritage).
