Each letter of the alphabet is printed in one of a selection of stunning colors in a very large font, and each letter is paired with a nursery rhyme that has an association with that letter, e.g., \"A: was for Archer . . .; B: Little Boy Blue . . .; C: Curly Locks? Curly Locks? . . .\"; the real treasures to be found in this book are the absolutely beautiful, full color drawings that illustrate each letter of the alphabet and its paired nursery rhyme; treasures indeed. There are two pages of these letters and full color illustrated nursery rhymes opposite each other which gives a double-page visual marvel; following each of these full color double-page spreads is a double-page spread filled with nursery rhymes, each of which is illustrated with a black, green and white drawing; this pattern repeats until we have finished the alphabet; there are eight pages with the alphabet letters, nursery rhymes and full color illustrations, and six pages with the black, green and white illustrated nursery rhymes.
