Original publisher's color pictorial paper covered two-part cardboard box with a split in one side flap but virtually no wear on the top; a split in one side flap and missing a large portion of another one on the bottom for what is a beautiful example of the original box. Color pictorial endpapers. [39] pp., [1] pp. advertisement. The book tells the rest of the story of the old woman who lived in a shoe. After all of her children are grown up and have left the shoe, she ventures off into the world leaving her six animal housemates behind to fend for themselves. The animals decide to venture off as well so they head off together on their own adventure; illustrated by Walker with six full page full color drawings, additional full color drawings within text throughout. The condition of the book is NEAR FINE. The condition of the original publisher's box is VERY GOOD. SCARCE, especially in such nice condition and in the original box. # 000708
