This book is based on the fairy tale, Little Red Riding Hood, with the girl from the fairy tale being replaced with a doll with the amazingly original name of Dolly Red Riding Hood. Dolly gets bored when her owner has to start school and Dolly has to just sit alone all day. Dolly wants a life filled with adventures so she heads out into the world and things work out for Dolly about the same as they worked out for Little Red Riding Hood in the original version of the tale; four pages illustrated in full color, the rest illustrated with black and white line drawings within text; minor spotting to pp. [2-3] of wrappers with the rest of the book very clean; binding staples are rusty.
