Red plastic spiral bound, color pictorial yellow paper covered boards with decoration and lettering printed in multiple colors to front cover and decoration printed in red to back cover with no flaws or defects for what is truly a superior, as new copy of the book. Original publisher's color pictorial yellow paper DUST WRAPPER matching book with extremely minor soiling and a couple of short closed tears for what is a wonderful example of the dust wrapper. Blue endpapers. [24] pp. Title-page with gift inscription dated 1942 and small paper lift measuring 1/4" x 5/8" where evidently a sticker was previously removed. The book contains three dozen Mother Goose nursery rhymes; illustrated by Wehr with either full color or two color drawings within text throughout; additionally, there are four wonderful, full page, full color, tab-activated movable scenes designed and engineered by Wehr on folded double leaves; all movable scenes are complete, function as intended and are in fine condition. The small paper lift and the inscription, both on the title-page are all that keep the book from being graded as new. The condition of both the book and the dust wrapper are NEAR FINE. # 000790
