The interior leaves contain large punch-out figures of Goofy, Mickey Mouse and Pluto; one leaf with punch-out stands for the Donald, Goofy and Mickey punch-out figures; additional punch-outs pertain to a birthday party being thrown for Donald Duck, e.g., a birthday cake, a birthday card, candles, and presents, including a cute little puppy dog!
