With the help of various animal friends, Mickey and Minnie Mouse save a newly hatched duckling from a hungry hawk. The story is illustrated throughout with black and white drawings, both full page and within text. Additionally, there are three beautiful full color double page pop-up illustrations of which the illustrations and the paper engineering have been attributed to C. Carey Cloud.
