The front page of this issue features the word "EXTRA" in large bold font above the masthead which features the slogan "The Sky's the Limit" between a photographic portrait of Huey P. Newton and the silhouette of a rifle. "The Sky's the Limit" slogan came out of the "Free Huey" movement being added as a second clause to the rallying cry "Free Huey or the Sky's the Limit." This slogan "ultimately existed both to terrify observers and rally supporters, to tap into the former's fears of African American revolutionary power and the latter's desire to take immediate action against oppression." -- [Street, Joe.
