Light blue paper covered boards with decoration and titles printed in dark blue and yellow with a full color poster stamp of Peter Rabbit affixed within a printed decorative border on front board as issued; with no signs of handling or wear as nice as these come. Original unopened glassine envelope containing 12 full color poster stamps mounted on front paste-down as issued, along with the instructions: "This envelope contains twelve Stampkraft Poster Stamps to illustrate the story of Peter Rabbit. Each stamp is gummed. Place the stamps on the following pages opposite the corresponding story. When done you have a complete, illustrated 'Peter Rabbit.'" Rear paste-down with publisher's advertisement for the Stampkraft Library which includes titles of other books in the series. [28] pp. Versos printed with the text of the story; rectos printed with a decorative design incorporating a rectangular border with "Place Poster Stamp Here" printed within; internally the book is bright and clean and completely unused as issued.
